The dictionary defines eternity as: Infinite or unending time. Assuming that is true, man can never measure eternity for he will die before an answer can be reached. So if MAN cannot measure eternity and objectively prove that it exists, is there an eternity? It's like asking: If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one to hear it, does it make a sound? Is sound a sound only when it is heard? What if a cat was in the forest? Does it count? What if there were 2 cats? But i digress. While it seems impossible to measure and define eternity, it hasn't stopped us from trying. I have not stopped.
Have you?

There is a theory. You dont have to prove something to show that it exist, alternatively proving that the opposite exist is evident enough.
hence, time exist. So eternity must exist.
more pertinent to the issue at hand, we know most love fade in time.. so, somewhere out there, eternal love must exist.
i hope...
